Mel Malton and co-organizers present the second annual Muskoka
Novel Marathon, under the auspices of the Huntsville Festival
of the Arts.
Along with a group of fellow writers, journalists, published novelists
and others, the group will sweat it out for three days, each trying to
write a novella as fast as they can! The public is invited to drop in
and jeer, or to egg them on. This event will take place in a downtown
Huntsville coffee-shop (The Bean) and includes door prizes, draws and
free stuff. Proceeds will go to the Literary Council of Muskoka. To sponsor
one of these insane writers, per page, or per word, or to join in the
fun yourself, please e-mail hmel@vianet.on.ca. for more information. |
